Chan Cheah talks about the new data regarding the use of Bruton's Tyrosine Kinase (BTK) Inhibitors in lymphoma. He discusses the results of the new TG-1701 compound, which is a selective and irreversible BTK Inhibitor. He explains the safety profile, efficacy and overall outcome of patients treated with this compound. He also discusses the results of another phase I dose-escalation study of a new BTK inhibitor, LOXO-305, in patients with relapsed and refractory CLL.
