What factors should be considered when choosing between novel treatment options for R/R DLBCL?
Maddocks firstly outlines treatment options for patients eligible for aggressive therapy, which include salvage chemotherapy and autologous stem cell transplant (ASCT). She explains that for those who are not eligible, tafasitamab and lenalidomide can be used. Finally, for patients unresponsive to this treatment, polatuzumab or tocilizumab can be used as bridging therapy to CAR-T.
