During the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Annual Meeting, the Lymphoma Hub was pleased to speak to Frederick Locke, Moffitt Cancer Center, Tampa, US. In this video, he discusses the retreatment of patients with refractory large B-cell lymphoma with axicabtagene ciloleucel (axi-cel) in the ZUMA-1 study.

Frederick Locke describes the data from the 14 patients in this pivotal, multicenter, phase I/II study who received retreatment with axi-cel, including medium duration of response and complete response rates. He also discusses the incidence of neurological adverse events which were lower after retreatment.
