This group includes indolent lymphomas, such as follicular lymphoma (FL) and marginal zone lymphoma (MZL). These have a more protracted clinical course, and many patients may not require intensive treatment in the beginning of their disease. In some patients, however, FL may transform into a more aggressive form that resembles diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) (FL Grade 3b).
