Immune modulators

Immune modulators

Immunotherapies are those that boost the immune system to kill or slow the growth of lymphoma cells. Examples include interferon alpha, which when bound to its receptor leads to the activation of cell-mediated immunity, and lenalidomide, which increases the anti-tumor activity of T cells and natural killer cells and shows synergy with antibody therapy.
